Each person will have two partners. You must send three postcards into a envelope, to each partner. Only bought postcards, no homemade postcards or advertising ones. They can be from places you've been or from where you live. Newbies are welcome. No flakers. If you have more than one No Sned, and some of them are unfair, contact me, so I can decide what to do.

are we supposed to write messages on the cards? or leave them clean so the recipient can send them?

do they have to be of places? as long as they're not advertising can they still be normal pictures?

They can be other pictures beside palces. I think they should be blank, but you can add something written in a sticky sheet of note pad, if you want.
