Number five of the series: I do these swaps, thinking of the postcards I collect, some over 100 years old and how awesome it would be to have someone holding the card you send 103 years from now, reading about the weather where you live on the day you choose. Take a postcard, any card as long as it is clean and neat. Write today’s date and the city you are in add A.M or P.M, and the weather conditions and temperature it is at that time and, remember to show if it is F or C. (You do not have to convert it) You may just go ahead and write the swap name and your ID now also, if you wish. Then sit back and get ready to send off. When you get partners name and address, you can if you wish, add the day’s temperature, (unless that is the day you chose to put it there in the first place). You can share a message if you want to. As long as one days weather is there, that is all required, beside the swap name and your user name of course. Store bought, internet bought, vintage are all OK as long as they are clean and unused. Homemade cards fine, please if you make your card, you must respect your partners do not send, This is international swap. Newbies welcome. Ratings: Must have at least 4.7, but these have to be a very good reason and you must be making up the bad ratings. I check out any profile less than five, even newbies before assigning partners and if I even feel nervous, I will ban. My partners are to feel safe in my swaps. I will angel if you properly rate the non sending partner a one. |
