WTL: Woven Washi ATC

For this swap you will make one ATC for one partner using woven washi tape as the background. After you weave the tape and cover your background, add other elements to it--punched designs, texture, ink, embossing, whatever floats your washi boat.

ATC must measure 2.5 X 3.5 inches and have a sturdy backing on it with your name and username, the swap name and a date.

REMINDER: If 10 people participate in this swap, your names will be put into a drawing for 10 pieces of Washi tape! And if 15 people participate, your names will be put into a drawing for a roll of Washi Tape!!!
