This is a 1 partner swap for a deluxe ATC. Your ATC must use a map somehow as a Background, a focal point or a symbol. Use all your skills to be creative and intersting, try a new technique or use your mixed media skills to make one killer ATC. I hate to say it but no sticker, use multi technques and please dont flake.

You must have at least five swaps under your belt and be in good standing.

^^ bumping drgngirl's comment, because I agree this should probably be international if there is a chance to have a Canadian partner, since the shipping is the same for a letter to Canada as the rest of the world now... :) :)

What do you mean by "delux" atc, I know what ATC is but the delux part I am not sure I understand!
