Description:
Send your partner 3 different samples of washi tape from your collection. You should send at least 12 inches (30.48 cm) of each tape. Wrap the tapes around a piece of plastic or a playing card to keep them in good condition (and flat!). Other methods are fine, as long as the tape is removable and they do not overlap each other. Designs are sender's choice, but try to send something your partner will like. Washi tape only. Do not send glossy, deco, or other tapes.

Great swap! I am ready to send my envie, just waiting for an address!

ChaoticOrganization, I stuck my tapes to parchment paper, folded and put in an envie, pretty easy and very easy to remove an use.

ChaoticOrganization: You need to find something that you can wrap the tape around, but that is easy to remove it from. I use pieces of plastic meant for quilting shapes (they sell it in sheets at Joann's), but I've seen it done with playing cards, mini thread spools, and postcards covered in shiny packing tape. Once you have the backing, just attach the tape and wrap around at least 12 inches of each tape.

I use a piece of cardstock, covered with packing tape (the wide stuff). It seems to peel off nicely from that

ChaoticOrganization: Oh, I see. Once the sign-up deadline passes, I'll assign the partners, and you'll get an email letting you know. Then you can come back to this page, and there'll be a new link in the yellow box on the right (it'll say "See the partners you send to"). There will also be a link that says "Click here when you have sent your items" for when you send your items.
