I'm going to send a really crappy pc, so my partner can cut out the stamped image with no regrets at all. I hope I get an equally crappy card (with an equally cool stamped image)!

If it's a crappy stamped image, please send a really cool pc - only fair. :)

LindaRichards 11/ 4/2013 #

@user6937 that's a fab idea! I like where your head is at! lol

HelenG6 11/ 5/2013 #

You can have both, a nice PC, and a nice rubber stamped image. What do you know!

LindaRichards 11/ 5/2013 #

@HelenG6 yes indeed! :)

MissPaula 11/ 5/2013 #

I love this idea! Would be fun to do this monthly!

LindaRichards 11/ 6/2013 #

@MissPaula thank you! I hope you will join!

kittyhahahotbot 11/ 8/2013 #

I'll put crappy on my list! Sounds phunny. :)

sassafrass 11/16/2013 #

If we would like to, can we add color to the stamped image with chalks or watercolor, or should it just be the plain stamped image?

LindaRichards 11/16/2013 #

@sassafrass just stamp the image, no color.

I'm hosting another swap here: http://www.swap-bot.com/swap/show/163121

MissPaula 11/19/2013 #

Must it be sent naked, not in an envelope?

LindaRichards 11/19/2013 #

@MissPaula please send it naked. Thank you for asking. I failed to mention that little tidbit of information.

Great idea for a regular swap. Does anyone have any ideas about how to keep the ink from spreading? I've tried using the second or third impression and switched to a non-glossy postcard, but the ink is still blurring more than desirable.

LindaRichards 12/ 3/2013 #

Maybe try using StazOn ink?

LittleMissMrs 12/ 5/2013 #

I used StazOn for mine, and the image came out very clear, so that seems to be a good way to go!

pintis 12/ 7/2013 #

Thanks for the advice - I just ordered a StazOn ink pad. If it doesn't come in time, I'll send the crappy one out and follow up with a better postcard.

pintis 12/10/2013 #

The StazOn ink pad worked wonderfully! This is great and I feel better about stamping on PCs now. I'll be getting more of these. Thanks for the tip.

LindaRichards 12/15/2013 #

@pintis you are certainly welcome! I love my StazOn ink pad! I'm hoping to get more colors soon. Right now I just have black.
