Description:
For this swap - I thought it would be fun to get a New Years eve card. Cards should have a New Year's eve them. Something that indicates 2014 on them and say Happy New Year. Can be stamped image, Cricut or if stickers are used then it must be on a punched out oval, square, or like. Use multiple layers of card stock, include and envie, and just have fun with it.
