Planning on popping the "bubbly" over the holidays? Well, save the cork for this fun swap!! Create a cork tassel for your partner. You can use anything you want to create the tassel...paper, ribbon, material, etc. It's sender's choice, so be creative. Be sure to add some type of hanger for display. FUN STUFF: One cork tassel to one partner---sender's choice. NOT SO FUN STUFF: Do your best work, send on time & rate fairly and promptly. I have never made a cork tassle. Is it meant to serve a purpose or just be decorative? Do we need to use more than one cork?
