We will be doing a series of It's in the Bag swaps. If anyone else would like to host some of them, with themes, please feel free. While ziplocs and paper bags can be used for these swaps, I thought it would be fun to make some easy fabric bags for our partner to use as well. (These bags can also be used for other things, not just for the "It's in the Bag" swap series.) You may make the fabric bags any way you like --- as long as there is a way to close them so that items placed in them do not fall out AND as long as they are not bulky or thick (quilting cotton is a good choice) --- but here are some easy no sew tutes: No sew using double sided tape Please make your partner 3 fabric bags that measure about 6.5" x 6.5" when closed. Ediited Dec. 21 to add: To keep postage costs down, please do not use bulky embellishments, and you can mail them flat. Have fun! |
