What a Blast PC Swap

I live in the Pacific Ring of Fire Right between Mt. Saint Helens & Mt. Rainier. Watching Saint Helen’s erupt was quite an experience.

This swap is for a store bought post card of a volcano or a volcano’s aftermath. It can be active or dormant. Mt. Lassen, Mt. Hood, Crater Lake, a lava flow or tube would be acceptable.

There will be 2 partners 1 card each. Send naked written on to your partners.

In our country there are lots of places that will qualify as volcanos. Hawaii has their share they should have plenty of cards that would fit the bill. It can be a dormant, active or a dead volcano or what’s left of it. Just about any mountain on the west coast is volcanic. The northwest has cool lava flows and cinder cones. Oregon has the longest lava tube in the continental 48 states. Crater Lake and Yellowstone Lake are both caldera's. In other countries Kilimanjaro Mt. Etna and Mt. Fuji are all volcanic.

Remember to include the swap name and your swap-bot name on the pc. If you are rated less than 4.98 you cannot join. I reserve the right to ban swappers.

As of now if you do not have a first or last name in the mailing address of your profile I will ban you from the swap. I have had to pay double postage because my partner wanted me to use their swap name rather than their real name and their envie was returned to me. My post office will not deliver mail to me unless its addressed to my name. So if you don’t want your partner to know even part of your name please do not join.

Great theme! I am looking to see if I have any postcards for this swap.

VaGrammy66 01/ 6/2014 #

Can they be Vintage?

starhiker 01/ 7/2014 #

Oh yes vintage works. I'm on the hunt for old cards all the time. Just no home or hand made cards

VaGrammy66 01/ 7/2014 #

Great thanks, I was able to find two.

Cool @VaGrammy66 I'm going to send the colorful multi view on in the swap pic of St. Helens losing her top.

@starhiker - I've 2 beautiful new postcard views of exploding lava from a volcano to send to my swap partners. As Florida does not have any volcano's (not yet at least,) I was able to find postcard views of Hawaii's volcano's so I can be in this swap.

Whippet 01/13/2014 #

Yes, 2 postcards of lava & fire spouting from the mouth of Mount Kilauea on the big island of Hawaii. (Glad I wasn't the photographer, too hot for me!)

allright! I'd say cool but i guess that would not be the case would it?
