Description:

Hi everyone! I'm into food swaps lately so please bear with me :). I hope that this swap will be successful. If people will like it, I might create further ones. Anyway!

For this swap you will have 1 partner to whom you'll be sending a package with at least 6 of the following things:

  1. something drinkable
  2. something spicy
  3. something crunchy
  4. something sweet
  5. something my swap partner likes
  6. something local
  7. something blue
  8. something sour
  9. something odd/fun
  10. something I like

All have to be food items (i.e. snacks, sweets, instant food, tea etc.). Don't send the same food item twice (even if it could fall into another category too, you have to find another item). In other words, those have to be 6 items of food, each item must fall into one category. The point is to let your partner experience different tastes from your region :).

Include a note with your package that tells your partner what the food items are if they're not in English, what they are made of and what category they fall into. Also write the name of the swap and your username there.

Please keep in mind 4 things:

  • All food items have to be storebought.
  • All food items have to be properly wrapped and unopened. Make sure it won't go bad in the mail and pack everything well.
  • If you send single wrapped items (like a candy bar or tea sack), you have to send at least 3. It will fall under one category. In other words, if for the theme "something drinkable", you would decide to send teabags, you will have to send 3 of them. But let's say that you also have other teabags in your possession that happen to be blue and fall under the category "something blue", in that case you will not be allowed to send more tea but will have to send something else, like chocolate for example (that has a blue wrapping or is blue or whatever other item you find). My point is that the items have to be different.
  • Don't make the package too expensive so your partner won't have to pay tax for it.

Please look at your partner's profile to not send them anything they hate or are allergic to.

Otherwise let your partner taste your country :). Only one person per country is allowed so you will be able to enjoy some other country's food items. When you join, please write the name of your country in the comments below so everyone will know this country is already taken.

Only people with a rating of 4.99 are allowed to join. No recent unresolved 1s or 3s or any other issues. I will go over the partners and ban everyone for whatever reason I see fit. I want to minimize the risk of flaking and make this swap enjoyable for everyone who joins. No newbies. Please send on time and make sure you follow the swap's requirements.

I hope you will enjoy the swap and please send me a private message if you have any question!
