Altered "Paper" Doll Swap

I saw doll sculptures at an art show and have been dying to try this technique myself. The challenge is to create a shape out of cardboard, fabric, metal, wood, paper-whatever your medium and embellish it-the doll can have moveable joints (a great way to use extra brads in the craft drawer). The doll should be no smaller than a business size envelope and no bigger than an 8X10 envelope. Go to flickr or google image and type in paper doll for more ideas.
