What is a 4 rating? You mean a 3 or 5?

Every swapper has an overall rating, compiled for the individual swap ratings they've received. The highest is 5.0, lowest is 1.0, and there are lots if ratings between those two ends of the spectrum (like 4.92, or 4.633, or 3.5, etc.). The host is saying that a swapper must have a minimum 4.0 rating to join.

Yes, it can be typed. Sorry, but the image can only be 200 pixels so it wouldn't go bigger- if it would, I don't know how to do it. :O( TC explained the rating perfectly-thank you TC!
