Description:

For this swap, you will create a detailed log of a day in the life of...you! Think of it as a diary-style piece of writing, a la Bridget Jones Diary. What I would not want to see would be a short, 1 page log of your day. What would be encouraged would be pictures, interesting tidbits about your life explained, funny observations, and of course what happens in the course of your day!

You will be matched with one partner only. This will be an international swap. By joining this swap, you agree to send mail internationally.

If this swap is popular (10+ participants) and there is interest, I will host this swap monthly.

Newbies welcome! Please have a filled out profile. I reserve the right to remove anyone from the swap with unexplained and uncorrected negatives, on a case by case basis. Please email me with any questions.

Hi! This sounds like fun but I have one question. I don't mind paying the extra for international shipping at all, but - do I have to go to the post office and fill out paperwork to mail this? I work full time and the post office is only open while I'm at work so I have a hard time getting there. If I don't need to fill out any international paperwork, I can mail it straight from work. Thanks so much!

you may have to call, im from Sacramento ca and as long as its just correspondence or documents you can use the pay scale for small international packages. you may call them on a break or check it out after work???

@dawnjk If you only send paper folded up you should be fine. It's when you start adding something lumpy to it and if they can feel it in there then it will be package pricing. Otherwise if you were to write a two page letter and include loose flat stickers or something similar you should be fine with a $1.10 stamp on it to anywhere outside the USA.

Flat letter mail is now $1.15 to anywhere outside of the USA.

The coordinator hasn't logged on for awhile. Has anyone heard from her?

kelz84 06/15/2014 #

I've not. Will be leaving swap if no partners sorted in a few days so I can join another. Was looking forward to this one as well

Sorry all, haven't been able to log on, internet has been down. I changed the date to allow more time to send items out. Will be assigning partners in just a sec.
