Art on a Written Page - Blue

Much success with the red ATC so this time the color is BLUE.

Idea is to draw or even stamp all in blue, no other color unless you want to outline drawing in black too. You do this on any page cut to ATC size that has written words on it like a dictionary, news article, or book page that has even off white background from age on it, or a sheet of music. Then adhere it to something stronger for a backing.

All in blue color, your choice of design on it. Use what medium you want. Remember, the design is Blue Questions just ask.

This international since it takes one global USA stamp No 1 ratings in 2014 or 2013 3 ratings my choice as to ban or not, some can be ridiculous
