Send 1 Starter Set to 1 Partner that features a Circus theme. Create a set of Starter Jams with a background and an image that is inspired by the Circus. Once you have received your Circus themed Starter Set you will rate your partner for sending, add your touches keeping with the Theme and then send them out to someone on the Current Address List for them to complete.
