INTERNATIONAL create one atc for one partner. your atc should have a piece of a book page somewhere on it, you can cut, tear, stamp, paint, alter and embellish any way you see fit. any theme is okay as long as it's tasteful. please make a well made atc wit time and effort. no sticker slapping.
