@Kimmiepaca and@Scubaroo73 will each create an ATC using a written page of paper from book as background and will create an image on ATC that will be strictly in blue. ATC will be standard size ATC and any medium may be used to create blue image. Can paint, draw, use markers, paints, pencils etc. Will create An ATC they are proud of and no sticker slapping. ATC to be made of sturdy material.
