I've decided to host a swap for washi tape samples! Washi tapes are tapes made of washi paper, hence translucent and can be torn by hand easily, and they're removable/repositionable. They are not plastic deco tapes and are not glossy/shiny-looking. Since this is the first swap I'm hosting, please message or comment below if I have overlooked any details or if anything's not clear. A big Thank You to @ArtyBeth3 for her tips in hosting! :D This swap has a very short signup date as I'd like to start swapping asap to try out the whole process of hosting. Hope to have your understanding... :) Basically, you will send washi tape samples to your partner following each letter in the words I've chosen. I've participated in a few of such swaps and think that they're fun! For this 1st round, as August is the last month of summer for most swappers here, I've chosen the phrase: FAREWELL, SUMMER!. Therefore, you'll be sending 14 samples, that is, 1 sample for each letter that made up these 2 words. For example: F = flowers or frog, A = apple or ant, R = red colour or rain, E = elegant or edgy designs, W = winter or designs with 'WOW' factors... so on so forth... E = elephant or Europe, R = rainbow or rose prints or Rilakkuma!
Hopefully we won't get any flakers, and I'll angel only if you have to rate your partner a ' 1 '. Nevertheless, do give your partner some time if she mails on time and communicates promptly as international mail can take a long time. P/s. The ratings for swappers joining is at least 4.98 with no 1s or 3s in the last 8 months. So if I drop you from my swaps, it's probably because it's my first time hosting and I just want to be extra careful... No hard feelings in this case, please. |
