Note and a Tote - edited for clarity

Write a note to your partner (one-page minimum, more if you choose), typed or handwritten

Send one tote, sender's choice - new, but can have store name on it

Sign up through rest of summer, send date is end of September

Meredith @manders2280 and I had discussion about what specific info might be included - I agree with her suggestions, so here's a bit more, for clarity:

Booths at state fairs give out non-woven totes for free -- this is NOT a swap for free totes.

Non-woven totes are fine, as are inexpensive light cotton totes and handmade ones.

Let's go with a price range of $1-$5.
