DOD: Celebrities

Okay...before you think I've lost my mind...read on...

This swap was inspired by a gallery exhibition where all of the participating artists were given the same sized mini coffin and were to alter it DOD style. The image above was inspired by Hank Williams.

FUN STUFF: Purchase a little wooden coffin...Halloween supplies are in all of the craft stores now! The coffins are about 6" and only cost a dollar! Now choose a dead celebrity to honor....movie stars, music icons, famous writers or characters from books,artists, etc. This is senders' choice but please make the reference easily recognizable. Once you have a celebrity...do it up DOD style! Alter the coffin inside and out to reflect that celebrity.

NOT SO FUN STUFF: No late sends---no gore---this is to honor the deceased as a type of shrine. Do your best work--please don't just paint the coffin and glue on some stickers:( Rate fairly and promptly.
