In this swap you will crochet 5 flowers for each of your 2 partners so 10 flowers total.

Crochet flowers can be used to decorated any garment, sewed together to make a scarf, or blanket, used as a hair decoration, or a coaster... I just love them!

Everyone needs to leave a comment saying what color(s) they would like their flowers to be. Flowers should be made of 100% cotton yarn (cause its a nice natural fiber than you can buy inexpensively) unless you partner says they don't mind something else. Flowers can be any size. Send extra for hearts or anything else you want.

4.9 rating or higher, no recent no-sends, newbies please message me before the swap start date, and its international.

Any other questions feel free to ask! And lastly...have fun!!!

What a great idea for a swap! I love crochetting small items (just finished some bookmarks for another swap). I would like to receive small flowers in red, yellow, orange, purple and/or white so I can use them in my crazy quilting.

I would like to receive the smaller (flatter) type flowers. I am wanting to use them to embellish scrapbooked recipe pages. The small type flatter flowers would be best so the pages won't be too bulky to fit in my album. Thanks!!!

surprise me :)

I'm not picky as to color or size. I usually use such things to embellish some new something I have made for my daughter: )

craftygirlwithruffle 07/26/2008 #

Any colours are fine for me too.

I was wondering if anyone was in the crochet yoyo's swap that was deleted? anyone know what happened to that one? is the coordinator still around? i was looking forward to that one too....thanks! this one looks like fun...i'll have to watch and get my other swaps done first...if I get them done early, I will join this one. :)

angelictoo 07/30/2008 #

Ok I feel challenged.....The pattern has not been given on that blog so I am going to figure it out on my own. I will try to post my results asap. This could be fun!!!! O:)

angelictoo 07/30/2008 #

This is my attempt in 2 versions. I think I came close. I used an H hook and kitchen cotton and am sure a smaller hook & yarn makes it nice like the picture. I had to use what I had....LOL Comment if there are any mistakes or corrections needed please.
