Everyone has a certain set of tracks that fills them with a crazy kind of energy to just move. What kind of tunes do you play while working out? I like to keep it loud with a solid beat. Boom boom boom, people. Boom boom. For this swap, create one mix CD full of fast, high-energy songs that are great to work out to and send it to your partner, who will be either a) an exercise enthusiast, b) a total slacker waiting for the right musical inspiration or c) someone trapped in between.
1) From North America; AND 2) willing to send your promised CD or face the penalty of death at the hands of cruel karmic fate.
1) Be at least one hour in length (for a TRUE workout!); 2) contain a track listing with song name and artist; 3) not contain TOO much profanity (but hey, if the song is worth it, go ahead); AND 4) contain no more than two songs by any one artist. Feel free to include warm-up and cool-down songs, but try to keep it as high-tempo and energetic as possible. This is not the place for your brooding, rainy-day music :P People of all ages are welcome, but remember that you might receive some songs with offensive language, so join at your own risk. You could include a magazine clip-out of a favourite exercise or a picture of motivational fitness inspiration, just to be nice. |
