I wish that a Canadian could join this swap. There really is not that much difference between the postal rates.

Here in the states its $.49 to send a 1oz letter domestically. When sending internationally, it is $1.15, so over double the cost. I love doing and joining international swaps, but I wanted to keep this one domestic.
