EYBS Chunky Page 2

Let's create Eff Your Beauty Standards Chunky book to remind ourselves what the movement is all about. Feel free to pick and choose which pages you participate in.

-Create 1 chuncky book page (see below for info)

-Place name, date, and swap name on the back of the page

-This page theme is: Feminism

(future themes may include: sex positive, social injustice, activism, heroes/heroines, shark week, and any suggestions you may have)

A chunky page is very much like an ATC (but on a larger scale) in that it is a small piece of art expressed by the artist. It is created on a specifically sized piece of heavy weight cardstock so as to make the book (in which it will be bound) chunky.

Chunky book pages can have embellishments, pockets, attachments, etc. There are only three rules:

1. the chunky page MUST be 6 inches x 6 inches.

2. the chunky page must have a 1 inch space on the entire left edge free of embellishments for the receiver to hole punch and put loose leaf rings through to create their own book (if you don't know what these are see the picture below).

1. the chunky page must be thick, preferably thick like cardboard, and sturdy. No flimsy-ness at all.
