A ruler and a ruler atc swap

This swap has you creating 2 atcs for 1 partner. One atc will have some form of ruler or measuring tape on it... it does not have to be to scale and can be inches or metric... The second will feature a ruler of a different sort. It will have a person who has been a ruler... it can be a political leader, Czar, Queen etc... it can be a ruler from a present day or in the past , it is really a pretty open topic... such as a sports ref or some other type of human ruler.
Use standard ATC size and be sure to make it a sturdy card of several layers. The cards can compliment each other or be independent. Please put usual details on back of each atc and the swap title on the envelope. Make it something special. Start working as soon as you sign up since it is not partner specific.
