Make Me A Cupcake! (No baking required)

Lately I have been seeing some really incredibly decorated cupcakes, paper cupcakes, that is. I thought it would make a nice challenge for our group. So, here are the rules:

1) The cup cake is made of paper.

2) It should be at the highest point, measure 5".

3) It should be at the widest point, measure 4".

4) It can be hand drawn or a blank internet image for size.

5) Must be decorated with at least 3 different items.

6) It can be a total stand alone cup cake or be on a card.

7) Sender chooses the theme they want to do the cupcake in (such as friendship, antique themed, candy themed, photo's or any theme you want to choose) AND:

it can be embossed, colored with water colors, copics, colored pencils, or any other medium you use.
