This swap is for one handmade 100% cotton dishcloth. It can either be knit or crochet. This month is Red...any shade of red or even combination with red in it. Be creative. You will have one partner and will make one dish cloth. Do not wait for partners to be assigned. Choose any pattern, get your red yarn and get started right away. This is not an expensive swap to complete. Please do not use designer cotton yarns for this project. These dishcloths are meant to be useful and durable. No swappers with less than a 4.8. If you're a newbie and want to join you must have a fully completed profile. Make sure you list your likes and dislikes Let us get to know you. Have fun and be creative. I will angel the swap if necessary. : )

is there a size the washcloths need to be or around? I have made smaller ones and then larger ones for the shower. The smaller ones are nicer for dishes.

I don't like to put a size on the cloths, I think all sizes have their uses, the ones I make are usually about 7x7, sometimes a little smaller. Let your creativity flow. : )

I don't knit or crochet, however, my grandmother taught me how to crochet dish cloths. I would love to join this swap, but my dishcloths aren't all that fancy, but my family does love them. I'm afraid of getting a low rating for an imperfect dishcloth.

@Dianne my favorite dishcloth pattern is made from the single crochet stitch. As long as you sent a red dish/wash cloth you will be rated a five, your partner does not have to give you a heart and that just reaffirms that you can please some of the people some of the time but never all of the people all of the time. Happy Swapping
