I changed the end date to give you a few extra days to send if needed.. U.S.A. only due to swap meeting postal codes ***must send swap items \"naked\" without box or envelope postage may be a bit more than a regular package **newbies and swappers with a 4.0 or better only*** My son came home from school the other day and told me how his friend got a letter in a bottle from his grandpa. I started trying to figure out what all you can send through the mail without a box or envelope and asked a few friends who work at the post office. The people i talked to work in the air mail facility and were suprisingly helpful. so this swap is... find any container that you will be allowed to mail through the post office that can hold objects.(if you dont like my ideas, ask @the post office) suggestions: plastic tube canisters, coffee cans, cereal boxes, plastic bottles, cookie tins, or see thru bins. whatever your heart desires.... I heard you can send shoes without laces?!!?!? and coconuts? fill your container with items related to your assigned partners hobbies,(please list your hobbies in the comment box) if you have no idea what to send for a particular hobbie listed, I\'m sure we can all help you come up with a few ideas. I might set up a dollar amount minimum/maximun if you guys think we should have one?! let me know what you think.. Please list your hobbies in the comment box. |
