Description:
Create a beautiful BTC for your partner, using a "vintage child" theme. A boys...a girl...your choice! Remember that a BTC is as long as an ATC (3.5 inches), but only half as wide (1.75 inches). Feel free to embellish extravagantly, and to allow your embellishments to extend over the sides and bottom. Both sides should be decorated beautifully, since both will be on display.
