Description:

In this swap, you will create one small junk journal out of a file folder. The minimum size is 6x6 inches, you can go larger if you like. This swap requires you have basic knowledge of book binding practices. That means you need to know how to make a signature and how to bind it into the journal. You will need to make at least ONE healthy signature and bind it into the book. You can bind with whatever you like: ribbon, thread, seam binding etc. You can use any media to decorate the journal, but please do your best work. The book is a junk journal so use recycled papers, any type that you have around. Also include some pockets and envelopes, and some fun things like tags, tickets etc. You must be committed to making this book and mailing it out. Please no flakers, and you must have a 4.9 rating to join. Sorry no Newbies...and USA only. I have created a generic tutorial on my blog if you want to get ideas. Also there is a tutorial on YouTube for a larger sized journal with printed file folders. There is a part one and a part two for this tutorial....but part one has the look I am going for -- only about 1/2 the size.
