For this swap you make your partner a journal that they can use.

The journal must have a minimum of 10 pages/leaves including front and back cover

The journal must be completely and totally made from recycled materials. every single thing used must be recycled

Except the way you bind it, this can be bound by stitching, zutter spiral, split rings. ANYTHING NEW, or old anything

There are lots if different items that you can use for this journal pages, cereal boxes, records, cds, old calendars, anything, as long as it had a previous use.
