ATC - Graphics 45 - Time to Flourish

For those who love Graphics 45 Designer Paper. This theme is using the NEW "Time to Flourish" Collection. On a 2.5” x 3.5” piece of cardstock, decorate using this particular line and at least 2 embellishments. Make sure your finished ATC is 3.5 x 2.5 and can fit into an ATC Sleeve. On the back, include your name, date, & swap name. NO Flakers, and must have a rating of 4.6 or better.
