Keeping our Get Healthy theme and at the same time celebrate spring, this swap is to send your partner a packet of herb seeds. Herb is senders choice, because she will also include a recipe that calls for the particular herb she is sending!

Please write or print the recipe on a recipe card or nicely decorated index card.

Then, add a little note explaining why you chose this particular herb and list some of its health benefits.
