Description:
Stamp a solid image on dark cardstock with white pigment ink. Color over the image with colored pencils. There is no need to wait for the ink to dry. I like to leave some of the white from the pigment ink showing. You may add to this ATC but, the focal point is your chalked art work. On ATC to one partner.
