Tags can be store bought or handmade. Decorated or plain. Big or small, just not TINY. Any shape as long it is a tag. Unrated Newbies are welcomed with a well filled out profile. Requirements to Join: You must have a 4.9 rating or higher to be in this swap. No recent 1's or 3's. Newbies are welcomed with a complete profile.
