Another Crappy Swap #3

A series of swaps featuring....you guessed it...toilet paper rolls!!

Summertime and the living is easy...bar-b-ques, family reunions and picnics!

I'm dusting off an old favorite of mine....one that I used to do as a kid...but I just used my crayons...lol:)

FUN STUFF: For this quick and easy swap, take an empty tp cardboard tube and create a set(4 or more) of summer themed napkin rings. You can use fabric, decorative papers, ribbon, lace, buttons, etc. to cover the tp roll. The colors and design are up to you as long as it represents summer.
