Dig out your Tim Holtz distress paints or some old ephemera and create a decorated envelope in a vintage theme. Use any method you like to make something your partner will love to find in her mailbox. Anything goes, as long as you keep to the vintage theme. Inside the envelope, slip an inexpensive flat surprise. Sender's choice, but it's always nice to look at your partner's profile and avoid dislikes.
