Description:

For this swap, you will send two partners, 26 washi tape samples that are any theme, but Christmas would be cool.

Here's the catch for this swap and the reason it's a type 3 swap and not a type 2. For this one, you will package them in such a way that each day is individually wrapped so that your partner essentially has a washi advent calendar. Not all samples have to be different, but please try to make as many different as possible. Do not repeat any more than once, so there may not be more than 2 of any one sample.

Day 1 - 24 must include at least one sample. Day 25 must include at least 2 samples.

Only three may be solid colored. All must be washi tape, not deco tape. Do not send Dollar Tree, Studio G or glitter tapes unless your partner has it listed in their profile that it's okay.

When wrapping your samples on playing cards, if the cards are not Bicycle, Cardinal or some other super glossy type card, you must wrap clear tape around the card first. I've gotten so many samples from people and at least 5 inches of the sample wasn't usable. :(

Your samples must be 18 inches long or longer for this one.

I will try to run a couple of these before Christmas hits. :)

For this first round, you will have 2 weeks to send. This is USA only.

I would love it if someone would host an international version of this! I haven't had an advent calendar since I was a kid! :)

I was wondering, is Studio G tape washi or deco? By deco do you mean no duck tape?

Studio G is deco tape. Duck tape is its own class of tape too. Washi tape is easily tearable by hand, thin like paper and sometimes repositionable. Duck does have a washi line too.
