An Autumn note

Hello all! It's been a while since we had a swap on here, so here is one for my favourite season; Autumn!

For this swap, you will send 1 card/note card with a fall theme to 1 partner. Your card/Note card should contain a little note to your partner telling them about your favourite things about Fall, Fall plans or fall activities in your area. Basically, anything nice to do with fall! You can even include a delicious recipe or a pretty picture if you like! :)
