World Smile Day Make each participant a Smile PC(Postcard) that will make the participant to smile. Use your imagination and must be mailed in an envelope. It can be painted, stamped, stickers, buttons, etc. Thanks for participating and have fun. Make sure you put the correct postage on it so your partner don't get stuck paying more and giving you not-so-perfect rating.
