I'm not into those scary or gory Monsters that are out there these days. I love the cute ones. So... For this swap, you'll be creating one cute ATC for your partner of the required theme. You can use any medium... paint, colored pencil, ink, stamps, zentangle, mixed media, etc... As long as the monster is of your own creation. There will be no stickers or printed images off the computer.
