Got me a Light Box last week and it is already helping with my low energy Hey people out there, if you have been struggling with SAD really consider getting a light box Mine was from Alaska NOrthern Lights company and it cost $300 If you turn it into your insurance, SAD is a real condition and the insurance might cover the cost of the box :)

I used to get this also in September because I was depressed that summer was ending, the kids were going back to school & I had to close my pool. Since moving to Florida, I feel so much better. It is almost never ending summer and I don't have to stay in the house because of the early dark nights and the cold.
