Description:
You will make your partner a dandelion ATC. Try to include the flower and the puff ball (what is that called? LOL) Main focus should be a dandelion. Be artistic and send something you'd like to receive. No sticker slapping on a background. Be creative: embellish, emboss, beads, brads, ephemera, etc. anything that will make your card BEAUTIFUL!! No 1s or 3s in the last year. Sign up ends November 14th and send by date is a week later. You have plenty of time to make a card as this isn't profile based.
