Description:
Make a quality made postcard, any size, using recycled materials for your one partner. You can use card-board or food packaging, plastic containers, lids, fabric, or whatever else you want as long as you can mail it, include enough postage for the size you make, and it has been made from recycling something. January's theme is: Fortune or Fortune Cookie Please send "naked", written on and stamped, and include enough postage to cover your creation. Each month there will be a theme. The theme item must be the inspiration for your work and incorporated some how on your project. You can paint it, collage it, sew it, draw it, sticker it, whatever..Please do not use clear tape over your postcards....this is rarely done well and is really not needed in most cases. Have fun! Themes: January: Fortune or Fortune Cookie February: March: April: May: June: July: August: September: October: November: December: Must be in good standing of the group, with no unexplained low ratings. TRying to remember if we've done a "lucky" postcard theme in the past, but I wanted to suggest "lucky" as a theme -- 4 leaf clovers, horseshoes, etc.

Also, flocks of things. Because cutting a large amount of elephants out of plastic and laminating them on another piece of plastic sounds like fun!
