Description:
After partners are assigned you will make your partner an ATC with their FIRST name on the card as the main focus in your BEST penmanship. The background of the card can be anything but plain old white or cream. Decorate it, add swirls, make it awesome! You will have one week to make your card. I don't think it takes anyone more than a weeks time to get one ATC done. No 1s or 3s in the past year. Must have 10 type 3 swaps. And this is international! EDIT: Changing the dates due to unforeseen circumstances.
