This will be a fairly easy swap, but just something you do daily whenever you want. For this swap you will get a small journal. It can be smaller than 4x6 you just need to have enough pages to hold a month of entries. At the beginning please give a small intro about who you are and what weight loss program you are doing or what your goals are for the next month. The next 30 days please submit an entry each day with the following: 1. Struggles you are having for the day with the weight loss 2. Include 2 motivational quotes about weight loss or staying positive/strong during the weight loss 3. any workouts that you have done for the day
At the end of the journal please write an ending with how you feel after the 30 days and how many pounds you have lost during the month. YOU do not need to write your actual weight unless you want to. This is more of an encouragement journal and to let others know the struggle is real. Please only join if you are serious about making a good journal for someone that could benefit from it. Enjoy! And please write letter to your partner if you feel led to afterwards. |
