Description:

Greetings Swappers!!!!

This swap is one that will help us all dig a little deeper into ourselves and maybe learn a thing or two. For this swap you will purchase (or create) a journal for your partner. You can buy a journal (please no smaller than 5 1/2 X 8 1/4) that you think your partner would love, create one or get a composition book and decorate it. Or, if you you find a pretty comp book, just use it. It does not necessarily have to be decorated. I know that Five Below and the dollar stores usually have nice ones. Nothing mini. Fill it will questions.....really deep thought provoking questions. Leave space for your partner to journal their own answers. Maybe a question on every other page. Example: if you had to spend a full year inside a small, fully provisioned cave with only one other person, who would it be? And why? (No cheating and using this question!!) You would leave blank space for your partner to answer. Skip a page and add another question.

Make them tough. Make them questions you may have never pondered before. You will receive a journal from someone else with their questions. Maybe we can all learn something about ourselves!!!!

Addendum: Just to clear up any questions...this journal will be provided by you...questions provided by you. Questions will be answered by the receiver and the journal kept by the receiver. You will not be sending it back. You can answer and hide or burn, up to you.....This is to help us learn something more about ourselves.....If you get a nice journal, with about 30 good, thought provoking questions, give a 5. If it's all of the above and decorated by the sender, give a 5 and a heart....heck if the questions are amazing, give a heart.....

Only WELL established swappers will be allowed. (At least 30 type 2/type 3 swaps completed) NO recent ones or threes. Only very well filled out profiles. I will be checking profiles. I promise to be fair, but ANY suspicious swappers will be banned. I cannot angel this one so please don't flake. For right now, USA, if I get enough interest, may open to international. Leave me a personal message or a comment below.

@texasangel - try searching "Journal prompts" or "deep questions".

Okay so I'm lost....the swap description isn't clear. We get a journal, fill it with questions....and then what? Do we send it to our assigned partner and then they fill out the questions and send it back? I like the swap but the rules are clear. When do we have to send the journal with written questions and when do we have to fill them out and send it back by?

You write the questions...I suggest about 30. That way, someone can journal for a month. You send it and they keep it and fill it out and keep it. Your job is to provide some thought provoking questions to help someone dig deep into themselves. If we had to send our answers back, I think that people would "guard" their answers. This is basically for someone else to ask questions that you would normally not answer or even ask yourself......does that help?
