What is a "fold and seal"?

I believe the best way to explain it it, and please correct me if I'm wrong love, is a piece of card stock, generally smaller than 8.5x11. You fold the bottom up to about 1.5 inches from the top. You then fold the remaining top down so it's like a flap. Seal with a sticker/seal/washi etc. you would then address the other side as normal apply postage, and mail.
