If you've never tried making a pocket letters, this is a great swap to do so! This is a sender's choice (means you pick what you want to send and it doesn't need to be tailored to your recipient's profile) swap. A pocket letter is a filled 9 pocket trading card/ATC holder page. Each pocket should have decorative backing paper - many folks like to put in a bi-folded piece of paper so both the front and the back of the page will be pretty. You can decorate the front of the papers as well as the front of the holder page itself. Each pocket must be filled with something and each pocket contain a different items - a few stickers, a tea bag, an atc, a few inchies, a length of ribbon, washi tape samples, buttons, interesting paper clips, punchies, used postage stamps - your choice of finished art or ephemera. One pocket should contain a short note from you to your recipient. Fold into three parts and stuff into a US legal/business size envelope to mail. Try to find flatish items so the envelope can be mailed for 2 stamps! Questions? PM me! I will check profiles right after the signup date closes to make sure everyone is US based. This is open to seasoned swappers, new swappers with a 4.98 or better or unrated swappers with fully filled out profiles. In the off chance someone gets flaked on, I will angel this swap once a 1 rating has been given. |
